To Add a User to your System, you first need to log into your TalentTank System, this can be done by navigating to your domain which is individual to your organisation. e.g yourcompany.talenttank.co.uk
Once you have logged in, you will need to navigate to the Admin section.
Profile Image – You can upload a profile image for the user, this will make it easier to identify your account on the Contributor dashboard.
Role – You can specify the level of access this user has.
- Staff – this role has restricted access from ‘Edit Show’ and the Admin Section.
- Admin has unrestricted access to all parts of the system.
Active – You can choose whether to have this User as Active or Inactive. When a User is Inactive, this user will not be able to log into the system.
